The Company was founded 1994 by Jan Lundberg, Christian Wiström and celebrity architect Claes Kock. Our ambition was to develop and modernize the traditional commercial real estate brokerage. LundbergKock offers taylor-made business solutions to both tenants and landlords, based on detailed analysis of a real estate’s needs versus market demand and supply. Further, LundbergKock always considers development opportunities regarding potential future needs for both tenants and landlords.
